What are the token distribution timings?
For Same-Day Appointments: Tokens are distributed from 8:00 AM.
For Next-Day Appointments: Tokens are distributed between 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
What documents do I need to bring for the token?
You must bring the following:
A Xerox copy of the Aadhaar card of the patient
A Xerox copy of the Aadhaar card of the attendant (if the patient is not coming personally)
Can someone else collect the token on behalf of the patient?
Yes. If the patient is not able to come personally, the attendant must bring:
A Xerox of both the patient’s and the attendant’s Aadhaar cards.
When does the clinic open?
The clinic is open from 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Friday and on Sunday. It is closed on Saturday.
