  • For Same-Day Appointments:<\/strong> Tokens are distributed from 8:00 AM<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • For Next-Day Appointments:<\/strong> Tokens are distributed between 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    \n What documents do I need to bring for the token?<\/span>\n <\/i> <\/h4>\n

    You must bring the following:<\/p>

    • A Xerox copy of the Aadhaar card of the patient<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • A Xerox copy of the Aadhaar card of the attendant<\/strong> (if the patient is not coming personally)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n <\/div>\n

      \n

      \n Can someone else collect the token on behalf of the patient?<\/span>\n <\/i> <\/h4>\n

      Yes. If the patient is not able to come personally, the attendant must bring:<\/p>

      • A Xerox of both<\/strong> the patient\u2019s and the attendant\u2019s Aadhaar cards.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n <\/div>\n

        \n When does the clinic open?<\/span>\n <\/i> <\/h4>\n

        The clinic is open from 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Friday and on Sunday. It is closed on Saturday.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n

        The clinic will remain closed on the following dates in 2025:<\/p>
